Electrical Installation
We deliver complete installation and commissioning of all electrical systems in high-voltage substations. Our expertise covers:
- Switching Equipment: Installation and testing of SF6/gas-insulated and air-insulated circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and grounding switches.
- Instrument Transformers: Installation of current transformers (CTs), potential transformers (PTs), and combined units, with accuracy class verification.
- Busbar Systems: Assembly of rigid tubular aluminum/copper busbars and flexible cable systems with corona shields and jointing kits as required.
- Grounding Systems: Design validation and installation of grounding grids using copper-clad steel or bare copper, with fall-of-potential and step/touch testing.
- Protection & Control Systems: Installation and wiring of relay panels, interface panels, RTUs, and integration with SCADA and automation networks.
- AC/DC Auxiliary Systems: Supply, installation, and commissioning of AC panels, DC systems, battery chargers, inverters, and sealed or flooded battery banks.
- Testing & Commissioning: Includes primary injection, secondary injection, relay coordination, point-to-point checks, functional logic testing, and energization support.
- Every system is installed to meet IEEE, ANSI, and NETA standards and is rigorously tested before energization to ensure safety, reliability, and long-term performance.
Civil Works
We provide complete civil infrastructure solutions tailored for high-voltage substation environments, including:
- Site Preparation: Earthmoving, grading, soil compaction, erosion control, and stormwater drainage systems.
- Access & Circulation: Internal roads with heavy-load capacity, culverts, equipment pads, and crane access areas.
- Foundations: Cast-in-place concrete foundations for power transformers, GIS bays, circuit breakers, capacitor banks, steel structures, and control buildings. Designed for seismic, wind, and thermal loads as required by code.
- Cable Management: Installation of below-grade duct banks, cable trenches with fire barriers, manholes, and grounding electrode systems.
- Steel Structures: Erection of support gantries, dead-end towers, and bus support frames with precise leveling and alignment.
- Control Buildings: Construction of pre-fabricated or block-and-mortar control buildings including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm and suppression systems, security systems, and internal raceways for power and control cabling.
- Security & Perimeter: Chain-link fencing with barbed wire, access gates, grounding at intervals, and lighting poles for perimeter visibility.
- All civil works are delivered in compliance with utility standards and engineered for long-term durability in demanding operating conditions.
